The Tipico customer card, often called the Tipico Card, is your personal card for cash-free betting in the Tipico betting shop. You load a balance onto the card and bet with it on site. You get the card at a Tipico betting shop near you.
We store every bet you place with the card. If you lose a paper betting slip, our staff still pay out your winnings, because the bet is recorded on the card.
You don't need a customer card to bet online. Online, you use your Tipico online account. What you can do without a customer card has its own page.
How do I get and use the Tipico customer card?
You get the card in the Tipico betting shop and can use it there straight away. You don't need ID for the first registration.

- Before your first payout, you verify your identity with a valid official ID.

How does the payout with the Tipico customer card work?
We pay out your winnings in cash at the Tipico betting shop. Alternatively, we credit them to your card.
Before your first payout, we verify your account and check your details against a valid official ID. You don't need the ID for your first registration, but you do need it for the payout.

Whatever payment method you use, deposits into your betting or gaming account are capped at the statutory cross-operator monthly limit of 1,000 euros, monitored through LUGAS.
Customer card or online account?
The customer card and the online account are separate and not linked to each other. In the betting shop you use the card. Online you use your online account with its own deposits.
