No. The customer card and the Tipico online account are two separate accounts with no link between them. You can't use the customer card to log in online or in the app, and you can't transfer a card balance to the online account.

Why are the card and online account separate?
The Tipico customer card is for cash-free betting in the betting shop, the online account for betting online and in the app. Both systems run independently, and there is no shared balance.
