Do I need to activate my Tipico customer card?

We don't offer an activation for the website or app. The card only works in the shop.

How do I use the Tipico Card in the betting shop?

In the betting shop you top up the card and bet with it on site, without cash. We store every bet you place in the shop on your card.

How are the customer card and online account connected?
