Where do I get the Tipico customer card?
You can only get the Tipico customer card in our Tipico betting shop. You apply there and usually take it with you straight away. Use our betting shop finder to locate a shop near you.
We don't issue the card by post or online.
What do you need to apply for the Tipico Card?
You don't need ID for the first registration. You can apply for the card without ID and use it in the betting shop straight away.
In the shop, the card is all you need for cash-free betting. We store all your bets on the card and pay out winnings in cash at the betting shop. How to use the card is explained on Activate and use the customer card.
Sports betting is only allowed from age 18, in Bremen from 21. Gambling can be addictive.
When do you need to verify with your ID?
Before your first payout at the latest, we verify your account and check your details against a valid official ID. So bring your ID when you collect winnings.
