Contacting Tipico: how to reach customer service
Why there is no Tipico phone number any more, how to start the messenger and who helps you at the betting shop.
There is no longer a Tipico phone number for customer service, because Tipico has stopped phone support. You reach support every day, around the clock, through the messenger in the Tipico Help Center or by contact form. Questions about the customer card and payouts in the shop are best handled directly with the staff at the Tipico betting shop.
How to start the Tipico messenger

- Find the contact buttonIn the app, scroll down to the Contact us button. On a computer, the contact button is at the top right.
- Start the messengerClick Start messenger and pick a category, for example sports betting, technical issues or payouts.
- Keep your ID readyIf you have trouble logging in, keep a valid ID ready so support can verify you quickly.
Is there a Tipico phone number?
No. There is no longer a phone number for Tipico customer service. Tipico has stopped phone support and points you to the Help Center, the messenger and the contact form instead. According to Tipico, this lets requests be handled in a more targeted way with shorter waiting times, because you assign them to a category first.

How do I reach Tipico customer service?
The fastest way is the messenger in the Tipico Help Center. It is available every day around the clock, and you can use it even when you are not logged in. You assign your request to a category, and then a member of the service team gets back to you.
The second option is the contact form in the Help Center. You also pick a category there, describe your request and send it. The reply goes to your email address. Don't reply to the Tipico newsletter, because those emails are not processed.

What if my Tipico shop is closed?
Tipico shops don't all keep the same hours. They depend on local rules, which differ by federal state and sometimes by town. There may be restrictions on Sundays and public holidays. If you have already placed a betting slip, you can collect any winnings once the shop opens again.
