How ZastrPay works: paying in four steps
From registration to paying at the partner shop.
You pay with ZastrPay in four steps: choose ZastrPay as your payment method, register in the app, create a QR code and show it at the partner shop. The shop carries out the transaction. Deposits and withdrawals are both possible, and your QR code is valid for 15 minutes.
Using ZastrPay: step by step
- Choose ZastrPay as your payment methodChoose ZastrPay as the payment method with a provider or at a shop that offers it. ZastrPay is available to you at every Tipico betting shop.
- Register in the appDownload the ZastrPay app from the App Store or Google Play and register. For the identity check you need a valid official ID.
- Create a QR codeCreate a payment QR code in the app. It is valid for 15 minutes.
- Pay at the partner shopShow the QR code at the partner shop. The shop carries out the transaction. You can put cash in and take it out, depending on the shop.
What do I need for ZastrPay?
For ZastrPay you need a smartphone with the ZastrPay app and a valid official ID for verification. A national ID card, residence permit or passport are accepted. Proof of address may also be required.
Why is an identity check necessary?
As a regulated e-money institution, ZastrPay has to carry out an identity check (KYC). This protects against misuse and money laundering. Your data is stored encrypted along the way.
Can I also withdraw money with ZastrPay?

How long is the ZastrPay QR code valid?
Your payment QR code is valid for 15 minutes. Within that time you show it at the partner shop, which carries out the transaction. After that, you create a new code in the app if you need one.
Which ID documents does ZastrPay accept?
